Dawie Du Plessis

I have been practicing at Queen Street Surgery as a Family Physician since October 2015. I obtained my M.B. Ch.B degree at University of Stellenbosch in 2006.

After completing my medical internship in Nelspruit, my wife and I relocated to Knysna in 2009, where I practiced at the Knysna Provincial Hospital and accomplished my master’s degree in Family Medicine in 2014. I enjoy working in a family practice that services patients across the age spectrum. I strive to attend to patients in a holistic manner and aim to optimise their health and well-being with a specific focus on improving their quality of health.

As a father of a young family, I have a special interest in paediatric care and assisting with the concerns of young families.
